Principal's Message
August 1, 2022
Dear Idyllwild Families,
Welcome back to the 2022-2023 school year. I am Timothy Poseley the Principal of Idyllwild School. For the past 3 years, I have served as an Assistant Principal at Hemet High School and prior to this, I taught Math, AVID, and Computer Science at Heritage High School in the Perris Union High School District. I am very excited to have the opportunity to serve the Idyllwild community and am looking forward to welcoming students back for this coming school year.
As you prepare to return to school we would like to send a couple of reminders to our families in order to prepare for this school year. The first day of school is Tuesday, August 9, 2022, please make sure that your data confirmation is completed in Aeries prior to the start of school. For instructions on how to complete the data validation (re-enrollment) please click this link. Please contact the Idyllwild School office if you require assistance at 951-659-0750. Beginning on Friday, August 5, 2022, at 5:00 PM, you will be able to view your student’s schedule and teacher on the Aeries Parent Portal.
Please also take note that our bell schedules have changed for this coming school year. Visit our Elementary Bell Schedule page and Middle School Bell Schedule page to view the most up-to-date schedule. Due to the change in start time, morning supervision will be available beginning at 7:20 AM this year. For more information about the start time adjustment please visit this fact sheet. In addition to the bell schedule changing, our office hours have also changed, Idyllwild School's front office will be open Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM - 3:45 PM.
Idyllwild School is dedicated to Embracing, Educating, and Empowering every student every day. Our school is committed to a collaborative environment in which all students, staff, parents, and the community work together to provide our students with the tools needed to succeed and reach their full potential. Thank you for your continued support of Idyllwild School and I look forward to serving this wonderful community and school in having a successful school year.
Kind Regards,
Tim Poseley
