Idyllwild School Registration
To the Parents/Guardians of returning students ONLY
For the 2016-2017 school year Hemet Unified School District is doing re-registration for ALL returning students electronically. The re-registration will be a twofold process:
1. Complete your online re-registration through your AERIES Parent Portal* account at https://portals.hemetusd.org. This will be available beginning July 5th.
In your portal account, you will update your emergency information, read Annual Notifications, and provide any electronic authorizations for the school.

Once this is complete you are ready for the second step at the school site.

2. Re-registration for Idyllwild students will be held at Idyllwild School during the first week of August. All parents are required to bring ID and one proof of residency. Below are the listed times and days.
Monday August 1: Last Name alpha A-M
Registration 7am – 12pm & 1pm – 5pm

Tuesday August 2: Last Name alpha N-Z
Registration 7am – 12pm & 1pm – 5pm

Wednesday August 3: Make-up Registration 7am – 12 pm & 1pm – 4pm

* If you have not set up a parent portal account, assistance is available at the District Office located at 2085 W. Acacia Ave. Hemet, CA 92545. Telephone (951) 765-5100. Or you can go to www.hemetusd.org and follow the instructional prompt on the screen. Assistance with parent portal accounts will be available at Idyllwild School July 27th, 28th, and 29th from 8am to 4pm. If you have not completed step 1 before coming to the school site you will still be helped but your processing time may take LONGER.
Assistance will be available for Spanish speakers on the school site from Aug 1st through Aug 3rd .
