S.A.F.E. After-School Program

The S.A.F.E. After-School Program, "Students Achieving in Fun Environments" (S.A.F.E.) program provides students in grades first through eighth extended learning opportunities from school dismissal until 6:00 p.m. following each school day. Kindergarteners can also sign up for the program but, since the program does not start until the first through fifth graders' daily dismissal time, they need to be dropped off at that time and then can stay until 6:00 p.m. Beginning this fall, the middle school students will be in "The Zone" After School Program. New and exciting opportunities will be awaiting the middle school students including field trips to a dance and a trip to a water park with other Hemet students in "The Zone". Students enrolled in both The S.A.F.E. Program and "The Zone" Program will be provided a nutritious snack each day. Additionally, both programs will provide the students with homework help, academic support in Language Arts and Math, and recreation time. Applications for both the S.A.F.E. Afterschool Program and "The Zone" Program are available online.
